SaveMedia respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres strictly to the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512).

1. Nature of the Platform

SaveMedia is a client-facing web utility that allows end-users to fetch publicly available web media streams. We do not host, store, replicate, or broadcast copyrighted video or audio content on our servers. All media files remain hosted on third-party cloud content delivery networks (CDNs).

2. User Responsibility & Fair Use

Users are exclusively responsible for the content URLs they input into SaveMedia. Our tool is intended strictly for personal archival, academic analysis, and fair-use review of non-copyrighted or user-owned media. Downloading commercial or protected content without authorization violates our Terms of Service.

3. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent representing one, and you believe that any material accessed via our platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification containing the following elements:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the specific URL on third-party sites or on our site that you seek to have blocked.
4. Adequate contact information, including your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.

Upon receipt of a valid and verified notification, SaveMedia will take immediate action to block the extraction of designated URLs or domains from our processing engine.
